Rob Huxtable, Managing Partner Rob's primary responsibilities include client relationship management, search consultation along with candidate recruitment, selection and placement. He works with a number of leading private equity firms and their portfolio companies in addition to select closely-held businesses. Along with completing CEO, CFO, COO and CMO/VP-Sales assignments, he has successfully placed a number of Operating Partners and Investment Partners. Rob also identifies and attracts Outside Board Directors for his private equity clients. Previously, Rob co-founded and built a successful retained search firm which merged with Integis resulting in his joining the Firm as a Partner. He has since succeeded Integis founder Stuart Schreiber as the Firm's Managing Partner. Throughout his 10-year search career, Rob has completed over 100 "C"-Level assignments and is exclusively focused on the privately backed middle market. Prior to his career in executive search, he worked in consumer products and the process and power industry. He is a CEO member of Vistage and is actively involved in a several community initiatives including Leadership Cleveland and Breakthrough Schools. Rob holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Dayton.

Mark Puwal, Partner Mark's primary responsibilities include client relationship management, search consultation and candidate recruitment, selection and placement. He recruits C-Suite leaders, including CEOs, CFOs, COOs and CMOs/VP-Sales, for private equity-owned firms in addition to select closely held companies. Although he is a generalist, Mark leads the Firm's sector focus in healthcare services, medical products and biotechnology in addition to leading the Firm's sales and marketing assignments. Mark joined Integis as a Partner after serving as National Sales Director of Inspire Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a $100M biopharmaceutical concern. Mark's contributions at Inspire were key to the company's acquisition by Merck & Co., Inc. He has more than 18 years experience building and leading teams in the pharmaceutical, biopharma and medical device industries including 10+ years creating value in the middle market. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business from Baldwin-Wallace College.
